Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the notice period stated in that agreement, or where none is stated, with 30 days' written notice.

Taylor Essential Life Partners may terminate the agreement immediately if the user breaches any material terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
